What is dance therapy?

Dance therapy acknowledges the intrinsic relationship between mind and body. It is a form of psychotherapy that uses movement and dance as a way to explore and express emotions, thoughts, and experiences. It can help individuals improve their physical, emotional, and mental health by increasing body awareness, reducing stress, and promoting self-expression.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues, I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings through movement and dance. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions, while providing you with the tools to manage and overcome the challenges you face.
